Payment and Shipping
You can pay online using Visa, Delta, Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo and American Express via your PayPal account. If you do not have a PayPal account, once you have clicked on the PayPal tab, you will be given the option to pay directly by your credit or debit card. You also have PayPal's Buyer Protection.
If you wish to pay by cheque or postal order please contact me for further information.
Please note that goods will not be despatched until funds have cleared. All orders will be posted to the address on Paypal that comes with the order, please ensure you check that this address is correct. If your order is returned to Jacob's Den due to an incorrect address provided, the customer will need to pay an additional postal charge.
Orders are shipped using Royal Mail, we aim to have orders dispatched within 10-14 days, however during busy periods orders may take up to 4 weeks. If you have placed an order with us recently and would like to know how your order is progressing please do contact us.
Returns and Refunds
If you are unhappy with your item(s) then please contact us within 7 days of you receiving the item(s) to resolve the situation and if necessary arrange a return. Once the item(s) is back in our possession we can send a replacement or will organise a full refund providing that the item(s) are returned in the original condition. For all returns you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the item(s) to us. When returning items we recommended you obtain a certificate of posting which is free from the post office. Refunds will be made using the same method as the original payment.
Bespoke orders are non refundable unless they are faulty on our part, and we must be notified within 7 days of you receiving said items.
When ordering multiple items with the same fabric combination, we can not guarantee the items will be an exact colour match. The manufacturing process of the fabric often means that a colour or style can have slight variations metre by metre.
